Tooth plate connector
BB one-sided tooth plate connectors can be used for fastening intersecting timbers with, for example steel beams. For example, they are used to secure the position of purlins on beams and to connect frame corners.
BB double-sided tooth plate connectors can be used for fastening intersecting or overlapping timbers. For example, they are used to secure the position of purlins on beams and to connect frame corners.
Tooth plate connector, one-sided
Installation
The BB one-sided tooth plate connectors are fixed with bolts which pass through the wood, the tooth plate connector and then through the steel beam to be connected. After the hole has been drilled into the wood, the tooth plate connector is pressed into the wood. If necessary, use a hydraulic punch-in tool.
Approval
The one-sided tooth plate connectors from BB Stanz- und Umformtechnik are subject to the harmonised standard DIN EN 14545

Installation
The BB double-sided tooth plate connectors are fixed with bolts which pass through the wood, the tooth plate connector and then through the wood to be connected.
